All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. God’s Love Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
