Refund & Return Policy

At God’s Love Coffee Co., every bag is roasted fresh and carefully prepared in small batches. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will gladly work to make it right. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos of the product and packaging.

Approved issues may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for opened coffee products due to taste preference.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing may require additional review.
