Our beans are sourced from some of the best coffee-growing regions in the world, including South America, Ethiopia, Peru, and Mexico. We work directly with farmers and cooperatives to ensure high-quality, ethically sourced beans that benefit both the farmers and our customers.

We offer both! Some of our coffees are single-origin, highlighting the unique flavors of specific regions, while others, like our house blends, combine beans from different origins to create balanced, distinct flavor profiles.

We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. Once roasted, our beans are promptly packaged and shipped directly to you so you can enjoy them at their peak.

Currently, we offer our coffee as whole beans to preserve freshness, allowing you to grind it just before brewing for the best flavor. However, we’re always listening to customer feedback and may add a pre-ground option in the future.

To keep your coffee at its best, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid keeping it in the fridge or freezer, as moisture can affect the flavor.

Yes, we do! A portion of all sales goes to **El Pozo de Vida**, a non-governmental organization dedicated to fighting human trafficking in Mexico and Central America. El Pozo de Vida focuses on prevention, intervention, and restoration for vulnerable children, families, and communities impacted by this crime, offering them a chance to experience freedom and begin anew.
