If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be more than happy to make it right. Return Policy Details:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra charge. Please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
First-Time Purchase Guarantee: For first-time customers, we offer a one-time refund or replacement on any coffee blend you didn’t enjoy, up to 12 oz. If you’re not satisfied with your first experience, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Limitations: As coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened items (except in cases of defects). If you are subscribed to our coffee subscription service, be sure to cancel before the next shipment to avoid further charges.
Proof of Purchase: To process returns or exchanges, please provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt). This helps us verify the purchase and offer faster service.
Non-Coffee Items: Returns are not accepted for non-coffee items (e.g., merchandise, equipment, etc.), except in the case of defects.
